Consolidated Metal Service, Inc. was founded in 1982 and today is a recognized leader in the custom slitting, edging, toll processing, and distribution of all varieties of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with a special focus on precision narrow slit coil. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing defect-free products that are delivered on-time.
Our 28,000 sq. ft. climate controlled facility houses state-of-the-art slitting and edging equipment. We have a 48” Yoder slitter that is capable of slitting up to 11 gauge. We also have two 24” Yoder slitters that are used to do a majority of our precision narrow slitting. These two machines were completely rebuilt in 2007 to ensure that we are able to provide the highest quality, precision slit steel for our customers. In addition to the three slitters, we have an edge conditioning line. We can provide #5 deburred, #4 modified round and #1 full round edges. All 28,000 square feet of our facility can be accessed by crane.
